History Colorado Completes Inventory of Human Remains, Cites Insufficient Evidence for Cultural Affiliation

History Colorado has completed an inventory of human remains in consultation with Indian tribes, concluding that there is insufficient evidence to establish a cultural connection between the remains and present-day tribes. Representatives of tribes with potential affiliation may contact History Colorado, and disposition of the remains may occur if no additional claimants come forward.
