OSM Submits Information Collection Request for Areas Designated by Act of Congress for OMB Review and Approval

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) has submitted an information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, following a previously approved request with control number 1029-0111.
