Bureau of Land Management to Issue Appealable Decision on Alaska Native Claims Settlement

The Bureau of Land Management will issue a decision approving the surface estate in Alaska lands for conveyance under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, with the subsurface estate to be transferred to Calista Corporation later.
