U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Publishes Draft Revised Marine Mammal Stock Assessment Report for Southern Sea Otter Stock in California

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has released a draft revised stock assessment report for the southern sea otter population in California, in accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972, and invites the public to review and comment on the report.
