Notice of Applications for Modification of Special Permits

The Office of Hazardous Materials Safety has received applications for modification of special permits from the Department of Transportation, following procedures outlined in the Hazardous Material Regulations. The applications, which include requests for changes to hazardous materials, packaging, and transportation modes, have been processed separately from a new application for special permits.
