Boeing Model 747-8 Airplanes to Feature Unique Stairway Design, Special Safety Conditions Issued

The Federal Aviation Administration has issued special safety conditions for Boeing Model 747-8 airplanes, which will include a stairway between the main deck and upper deck, a novel design feature that deviates from existing airworthiness standards.
