FAA Modifies ASDI and NASSI Data-Sharing Agreement to Protect General Aviation Aircraft

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has decided to modify its agreement with Direct Subscribers to Aircraft Situation Display (ASDI) and National Airspace System Status Information (NASSI) data to better protect the privacy of general aviation aircraft and on-demand air charter aircraft, which are not covered by the Privacy Act.
