Safety Advisory: Unauthorized Marking of Compressed Gas Cylinders

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) has issued a notice warning the public about certain aluminum cylinders that were improperly marked and represented as DOT specification 3AL cylinders, which may not meet the necessary safety standards and could pose a risk of rupture and serious injury or death.
