US Insurers Must File Annual Reports on Motor Vehicle Theft Losses
The US Department of Transportation has amended the Insurer Reporting Requirements rule, requiring passenger motor vehicle insurers to submit annual reports on motor vehicle theft losses, with the first reports due by October 25, 2011, and subsequent reports due every October 25 thereafter.
