Pipeline Safety: Potential for Damage to Pipeline Facilities Caused by Flooding

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is issuing an advisory to pipeline owners and operators to be aware of the potential for damage to pipeline facilities due to severe flooding, and to take necessary precautions to maintain pipeline integrity.
