DOT Delays Airline Passenger Protections: New Effective Dates

The US Department of Transportation has delayed the implementation of certain airline passenger protection rules, pushing back the effective dates for baggage fees, full fare advertising, and other requirements until January 24, 2012, while keeping other provisions in place until August 23, 2011.
