FHWA Rescinds Environmental Impact Statement Notice for California Highway Project

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is withdrawing its Notice of Intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a proposed highway project on State Route 101 in Mendocino County, California, which was initially published in the Federal Register on September 5, 2002.
