Central Arizona Project-Rate Order No. WAPA-153: Extension of CAP Formula Rates

The US Department of Energy has approved a rate extension for the Central Arizona Project (CAP) formula rates until December 31, 2012, allowing the existing Transmission Service Rate Schedules to remain in effect for an additional two years.
