DOE Grants Waiver to Daikin for Altherma Air-to-Water Heat Pump

The US Department of Energy has granted a waiver to Daikin AC (Americas), Inc. allowing the company to test its Altherma air-to-water heat pump with integrated domestic water heating under an alternate procedure, as required by the existing test procedure for residential central air conditioners and heat pumps.
