BPA to Implement Central Ferry--Lower Monumental 500-kV Transmission Line Project in Washington

The Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) has announced the availability of the Record of Decision (ROD) to construct a new 500-kilovolt transmission line in Garfield, Columbia, and Walla Walla counties, Washington, following the selection of the Combination A Alternative from the Central Ferry--Lower Monumental 500-kV Transmission Line Project Final Environmental Impact Statement.
