Department of State Proposes Amendment to Medical Records System, State-24

The Department of State is proposing to amend its Medical Records system, State-24, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and Office of Management and Budget Circular A-130. The proposed changes will be made in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (5 U.S.C. 552a).
