U.S. Government Grants Approval for Importation of Three Paintings by Johan Christian Dahl for Temporary Exhibition at The Metropolitan Museum of Art

The U.S. government has determined that three paintings by Johan Christian Dahl, imported from abroad for a temporary exhibition at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, are of cultural significance and in the national interest, as part of a loan agreement with the foreign owner or custodian, and will be on display from June 1, 2015, to June 30, 2016.
