US Treasury Unblocks Assets of Specially Designated Global Terrorist

The US Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has unblocked the assets of one individual, previously blocked under Executive Order 13224, which was issued on September 23, 2001, due to their involvement in terrorism. The individual's name has been removed from the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons list.
