IRS Proposes Regulations for Large Employers to Report Health Insurance Coverage

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has released proposed regulations requiring large employers to report on the health insurance coverage they offer to their employees, in accordance with the Affordable Care Act. These employers, which include those with 50 or more full-time employees, will need to provide related statements to employees to help them determine their eligibility for premium tax credits.
