United States-Panama Trade Promotion Agreement Implementation

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations have been temporarily amended to implement the preferential tariff treatment and other customs-related provisions of the agreement between the U.S. and Panama, which was signed by the U.S. and the Republic of Panama.
