Comment Request for Regulation Project

The U.S. Department of the Treasury is seeking public comments on proposed and ongoing paperwork collections, as part of its effort to minimize paperwork burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The IRS is specifically requesting feedback on a unified rule for loss on subsidiary stock.
