USPTO Adopts International Trademark Classification Changes

The US Patent and Trademark Office is implementing changes to its classification system, which will take effect on January 1, 2027, in accordance with the Nice Agreement Concerning the International Classification of Goods and Services for the Purposes of the Registration of Marks.
