Department of Labor to Submit Information Collection Request for Recordkeeping and Reporting Occupational Injuries and Illnesses to OMB for Review

The Department of Labor will submit a recordkeeping and reporting information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval on May 30, 2014, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The public is invited to comment on the request.
