Department of Labor Submits Mine Safety and Health Administration Information Collection Request for OMB Review

The Mine Safety and Health Administration is requesting public comment on its information collection request for escape and evacuation plans in underground metal and nonmetal mines, which is being submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
