MSHA Announces Approval of Rule to Lower Miners' Exposure to Coal Mine Dust

The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for the final rule on reducing coal miners' exposure to coal mine dust, including the use of continuous personal dust monitors, published in the Federal Register on May 1, 2014.
