Government Contractors to Report Employee Compensation Data

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) proposes to require federal contractors and subcontractors to supplement their EEO-1 Reports with summary information on employee compensation, including hours worked and job categories, to help combat pay discrimination.
