Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for Payment of Compensation Without Award to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on a revision to its information collection request, 'Payment of Compensation Without Award,' which is sponsored by the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs, in order to obtain approval from the Office of Management and Budget for use in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
