U.S. Labor Department Seeks Public Comments on Labor Capacity-Building Efforts Under CAFTA-DR

The U.S. Labor Department is requesting public comments to assist in preparing a report on labor capacity-building efforts under the Dominican Republic-Central America-United States Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA-DR), as required by the CAFTA-DR Implementation Act. Comments are also welcome on the implementation of labor obligations under the Labor Chapter and recommendations from the 'White Paper' on strengthening compliance and enhancing capacity in CAFTA-DR countries.
