Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for OMB Review

The U.S. Department of Labor is requesting public comment on a Wage and Hour Division information collection request related to nondisplacement of qualified workers under service contracts, as mandated by Executive Order 13495, and is submitting it for review by the Office of Management and Budget.
