Department of Labor Submits Proposal for Focus Groups on Employee Retirement Disclosure Requirements for OMB Review

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection request to evaluate the effectiveness of disclosure requirements under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, Section 408(b)(2), and is submitting it to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval.
