FEMA Declares Disaster for Soboba Band of Luiseno Indians

The Soboba Band of Luiseno Indians received a Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only, following severe storms, flooding, and mudslides in December 2014. The declaration was made on January 27, 2015, and provides a deadline for physical loan applications on March 30, 2015, and economic injury loan applications on October 27, 2015.
