Oklahoma Disaster Declaration Amendment OK-00092

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has amended its declaration of a major disaster for Oklahoma, which was initially declared on May 26, 2015, due to severe storms, tornadoes, straight-line winds, and flooding, affecting the state from May 5, 2015, to June 22, 2015, with a new effective date of July 24, 2015, and loan application deadlines of August 26, 2015, for physical loans and February 26, 2016, for Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDLs).
