US Patent and Trademark Office to Implement Prioritized Examination Track (Track I) Immediately

The US Patent and Trademark Office is moving forward with implementing the Prioritized Examination Track (Track I) of the Enhanced Examination Timing Control Procedures, following public input and comments, which showed strong support for the fast examination option for applicants willing to pay the applicable fee and meet additional requirements.
