Navigation and Navigable Waters; Technical, Organizational, and Conforming Amendments

The Coast Guard is making non-substantive changes to its navigation and navigable waters regulations, primarily to align with an upcoming annual recodification of the Code of Federal Regulations on July 1, 2012, with no expected impact on the regulated public.
