Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Safety Zone for ESI Ironman 70.3 Augusta Triathlon

The U.S. Coast Guard plans to create a restricted area on the Savannah River in Augusta, Georgia, on September 30, 2012, to ensure public safety during the swim portion of the ESI Ironman 70.3 Augusta Triathlon.
