Coast Guard Proposes Rate Adjustments for Great Lakes Pilotage Services

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing rate adjustments for pilotage services on the Great Lakes, effective as of February 2012, to reflect changes in benchmark contractual wages and benefits, and an adjustment for inflation, in accordance with a required full ratemaking procedure.
