USCIS Extends Collection of Information for CNMI-Only Nonimmigrant Transition Worker Petition

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is extending the collection of information for the CNMI-Only Nonimmigrant Transition Worker petition, Form I-129CW, without any changes. This extension will allow the agency to continue collecting necessary data for the transition of nonimmigrant workers from the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) to the U.S. mainland.
