CBP to Conduct General Test for Centers of Excellence and Expertise

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) plans to conduct a general test to further develop its Centers of Excellence and Expertise (CEEs) to streamline the entry of merchandise from certain industries. The test will involve four CEEs with broad decision-making authority, and the public is invited to comment on the methodology and regulations affected.
