Coast Guard Updates Guidance for Vessels Operating on U.S. Outer Continental Shelf

The U.S. Coast Guard has updated its guidance for vessels operating on the Outer Continental Shelf, recommending that owners and operators of non-Mobile Offshore Drilling Units (MODUs) follow Marine Technology Society (MTS) Dynamic Positioning (DP) operations guidance for these vessels, effective immediately.
