Coast Guard Temporarily Alters Illinois Central Railroad Drawbridge Schedule for Maintenance

The Coast Guard has issued a temporary deviation to allow the Illinois Central Railroad Drawbridge across the Upper Mississippi River at Dubuque, Iowa, to perform necessary preventive maintenance, which will enable the bridge to operate safely during winter months with reduced navigation impact.
