CFTC Proposes Amendments to Electronic Filing of Financial Reports and Notices

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is proposing changes to its regulations to allow for more flexible electronic filing of financial reports and notices, including the option to use alternative user authentication procedures and the ability to submit filings outside of a calendar year.
