The Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) are requesting public comments on a proposed information collection to obtain data through the Drug Questionnaire-DEA Form 341. This request is part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and follows a previous publication in the Federal Register on January 21, 2014.
