Department of Justice Adjusts Civil Monetary Penalties for Inflation

The Department of Justice is adjusting civil monetary penalties assessed or enforced by the Civil Rights Division for inflation, in accordance with the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990 and the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996.
