The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a proposed consent decree under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) for a contaminated site, as part of an ongoing effort to address environmental contamination and hold responsible parties accountable.
