Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, is seeking public comments on a proposed information collection to obtain data on the sale or disposition of certain firearms, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
