Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for Federal Firearms License Application

The Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, is seeking public comments on a proposed information collection request to obtain approval for the application process for a Federal Firearms License, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
