FDA Releases Guidance on Assessing Reproductive and Developmental Toxicities for New Drug Applications

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made available a guidance document that provides an approach for estimating potential human developmental or reproductive risks associated with drug exposure, when nonclinical toxicity data is available but human data is not.
