Illinois PSO Voluntarily Relinquishes Patient Safety Organization Status

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) has accepted a voluntary relinquishment notification from the Illinois Patient Safety Organization (PSO), which means the organization will no longer be recognized as a Patient Safety Organization under the Patient Safety Act of 2005. This decision was made by the Illinois PSO, and AHRQ will list the organization as 'delisted' in its database.
