AHRQ Accepts Voluntary Relinquishment of Emergency Medicine Patient Safety Foundation as Patient Safety Organization
The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) has accepted a voluntary relinquishment notification from the Emergency Medicine Patient Safety Foundation, allowing it to cease being a Patient Safety Organization (PSO) under the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Act of 2005.
