BSEE Information Collection Activity: Global Positioning System for MODUs, Extension of a Collection; Comment Request

The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) is seeking public comments on a collection of information related to the Global Positioning System for Mobile Offshore Drilling Units (MODUs) due to the expiration of its Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval in January 2013. This is in response to concerns about reporting new GPS information to BSEE after a major weather event, such as a hurricane, to ensure all MODUs are deemed safe.
